Whether you come to us directly or, like many others, you are referred to us by Social Care & Health staff - you can rest assured that personal information about you will be dealt with sensitively and treated in confidence.

Before we start providing any care services, we will need to talk with you and your carer, if there is one, as well as with Social Care & Health staff if necessary.

We will identify your individual needs and make sure that the services we are planning to provide are right for you.

But it doesn’t end there. We will constantly review your needs, talking to you and those around you to ensure you continue to enjoy the very best in care support, today and in the future.
